What’s New in This Sprint?

Exporting User Documents en Masse and Allowing Faculty to Generate Site Placement Reports

Video Overview

Enhancement 1

Export User Documents en Masse

We have developed a new feature that will allow users to export documents en masse from Tevera to a zip drive. Now, it’s easier than ever to get documentation out of Tevera in bulk, for any document storage or sharing needs you may have. Admins, faculty, and students will all be able to leverage this feature; Admin users will be able to export any documents completed in their program(s), faculty will be able to export documents completed by students in groups they supervise, and students will be able to export their own documents.

Learn more here about how this feature will work for each persona: Admins, Faculty, Students

Enhancement 2

Allowing Faculty to Generate Site Placement Reports

Faculty will now be able to generate the #801 – Student Supervisor Qualifications Report and the #802 – Users Associated with Site Report. Faculty users have already been able to view placement information for individual students, but by accessing these reports, they will be able to generate reports of the placement information for all the students they have supervision over, at once!
