What’s New in This Sprint?

A new space for task notifications, field placement intermediary supervision, a new report to map your assessment measures to rubric criteria and standards, enhanced performance in timesheets, and smarter site preference lists!

Video Overview

Enhancement 1

New Space for Task Notifications

We’re adding a bell icon which will house all notifications related to task completion and placements, so that you can focus on the tasks that need your attention. This will also declutter the communications hub, so that the only notifications you receive here are related to messages sent in the app.

Enhancement 2

Field Liaison Supervision

We’ve added a new supervision type for Field Liaisons. This will allow you to identify a faculty member as a field liaison via a supervision rule over an individual student or a whole class. Students and their site supervisors will be able to see who the student’s liaison is and contact them directly via Tevera as necessary! Don’t worry, this term is customizable, so you can change it to “university supervisor” or any other term that your program uses to describe this role!

Enhancement 3

Assessment Map Report

We’ve built a new report to show how your assessment structure has been set up in Tevera. You’ll be able to ensure you’re assessment structure is set up correctly and demonstrate the alignment of assessment points in class templates to rubric criteria, and assessment standards to accrediting bodies and key program stakeholders.

Enhancement 4

Notification of Updated Site Status in Site Preference Review

We’ve added an updated site status notification for placement approvers reviewing site preferences, to help prevent a student’s site preferences from being approved if the site is no longer approved for their program.

Enhancement 5

Enhanced Performance in Timesheets

Our technical operations team identified and resolved a performance issue, resulting in timesheets saving much more quickly!

Upcoming Enhancement(s)

Logging Number of Activity Occurrences

Our  engineering team is currently  working on enabling students to log the number of occurrences of an activity in their timesheets.
