Occurrence tracking in timesheets, improvements to the invoicing process, and updates to the BBS In State Experience Verification.

Enhancement 1

Occurrence Tracking

We’ve added occurrence tracking to timesheets.  This builds on our current “flavors” offering, by allowing students to document the  number of times they worked with a defined characteristic such as subject, age group, or culture.  The overall total number of occurrences for each characteristic will be totaled in the students’ time reports.

Enhancement 2

Updates to Invoicing Process

We’re improving the billing process for programs that pay for their students’ Tevera accounts via invoice. Going forward, fees will only appear on invoices for students who have registered their Tevera accounts, and whose accounts have not been dropped or made inactive within the first 30 days after registering.

Enhancement 3

Updates to BBS In State Experience Verification

We’ve updated the BBS In State Experience Verification report (#528) so that supervision hours per week are listed as a range between two whole numbers, rather than an exact average. This change was made to meet BBS requirements for this form.
