What’s Coming in the Next Sprint Release of Tevera Placement Management Software?

Improvements to sub-programs regarding timesheets, reporting, and improved notifications for site finalization.

Enhancement 1

Sub-Programs Improvements

Students can now associate their time entries with a sub-program. Additionally, you can now filter time reports by sub-programs to reflect these entries. If you’d like students to be able to associate their time entries with their sub-programs, please reach out to support.

Improved Notifications for Site Finalization

The notification for when a student is manually placed with a site and supervisor has been improved to better communicate the placement.

Canvas/LTI Update

We are aware that Canvas is removing “Submission_Type_Selection” as a placement option for Developer Keys. This may affect how you add the Tevera LTI tool to a course in Canvas. We are researching what implications this has for our programs and will communicate any changes that may be required. .

What's New:File attachments in custom tutorials! With this addition, you’ll be able to create tutorials with links to any web-based content using the article content type, embed videos to be viewed in Tevera, and share all of the above document types.
