What’s Coming in Our Next Sprint Release
Manually assigned site and supervisor “Finalization,” and active/inactive filter for associated users at a site.
Enhancement 1
Manually Assigned Site and Supervisor “Finalization”
All placements in assigned site processes will include a Finalize Placement step. Activating the toggle will notify the students and site supervisors when the placement is finalized in the student placement software. Notifications will not be sent to students or supervisors until this is done. This will allow the site placement coordinator more control over the timing of this process and allow them to use the SP grid as a workspace to complete a placement group’s “placement puzzle”.
Enhancement 2
Active/Inactive Filter for Associated Users at a Site
A new filter will be added to the Sites Table -> Associated Users tab that will allow admins to filter associated users by their active or inactive status. This will help clean up the list and streamline management of the site in the student placement software.
