Our teams have brought hundreds of programs into Tevera over the years. As we’ve done so we’ve had the opportunity to refine our approach to make it as efficient and effective as possible. We know that you have a lot on your plate, but you also have a ton of knowledge about your program that will inform the setup of your Tevera instance and ensure that the tool is optimized to work for you.

So, how do we save you time while getting you set up thoughtfully? We’ve developed a process that elicits your programmatic and institutional knowledge, eliminates the burden of setup, and fosters your own learning and development within this new tool.

We help out with the more technical aspects of implementation, so we won’t pull tech resources from your program. In fact, you won’t need to involve your IT team in the setup process at all, unless you choose to implement an integration from the start.

STEP 1

Plan

Onboarding really begins in the sales process. From our first meeting with you, our sales team will actively listen to your goals and pain points. We’ll begin to dream with you about how Tevera can transform your processes and program for the better. Once you’ve decided to join Tevera, that knowledge is passed along to our Success team, who will partner with you and guide your journey.

When you’re ready to get started, you’ll also meet with our skilled Implementation team one or two times, to share how your program operates more intimately. We’ll then use this knowledge, along with our expertise in the product, to build your platform according to your goals.

STEP 2

Build

This is the easy part: we do it for you! 

Our Implementation and Services team is dedicated to building your program’s setup in Tevera, a process we’ve performed hundreds of times. We have the expertise to ensure that everything is set up right, from the start, so that you can begin using Tevera seamlessly, without errors, and without struggling through a time-consuming setup process. 

When the Implementation and Services team has set everything up for you, you’ll reconnect with your Implementation Specialist to confirm that everything looks right. Then, you can hit the ground running in a fully built-out platform.

STEP 3

Learn

In the Learn Stage, you’ll have the opportunity to dive in and learn more about how Tevera works and how you’ll work within it.

Through a series of self-guided modules, you’ll learn to:

  • Navigate Your Tevera Account;
  • Create, Review, and Edit Classes and Assignments;
  • Create and Maintain Your Site List;
  • Understand Your Site Placement Process; and
  • Manage Data and Gain Program-Wide Insights 

These modules provide you with the background information you need and opportunities to practice your newfound skills in the product. Since they’re self-guided, you can work through these modules at the pace that makes the most sense for you. Power through them in one afternoon, or disperse them over a few days or weeks. The material will always be there so you can learn, review, and refresh your knowledge whenever you need it. 

We’ll also invite you to regularly-scheduled webinars, where you can learn from a Product Coach in real-time and ask any questions you may have.

Launch

Before long, you’ll be ready for launch. You’ll invite your faculty, students, and site supervisors into Tevera so that they can begin using it.

By this point, everything will be set up, you’ll have the tools you need to support them in the platform, and you’ll be able to realize all of the goals you set out to achieve with Tevera in the first place!
