The Alumni Experience
What’s great about the alumni status is that it is rooted in familiarity and built on independence. The interface adheres closely to processes that students are familiar with from their academic experience, and in this way, alumni can confidently continue to use Tevera for professional development without the need to learn a new interface or product functions.
Independent Site Placement Processing
Alumni can complete their placement process using a pair of standardized documents intended to be applicable for any licensure site and supervisor. They can utilize already-registered sites and supervisors within their alma mater database, or they can suggest their own. Suggested sites and supervisors will receive their own Tevera accounts at no additional cost.
Detailed Time Tracking
Alumni can select from among the many already-created state-specific licensure tracks in the Tevera database including LPC, LMFT, LCSW, and many more. If a licensure track does not yet exist in our database, they can submit a Licensure Track request containing licensure requirements, and our Services experts can build a new track from scratch.
Application-ready Reporting
Alumni can generate reports on their tracked hours which can then be sent to and signed electronically by their supervisor or supervisors. Since these reports are application-ready, when they have fulfilled their requirements for licensure, they can download and print the reports and submit them to their state licensing body.
Centralized Recordkeeping
Alumni can store and access past coursework, current and past reports, and any ad-hoc documents and uploads to their Tevera account. They can also view their past tracks, logged time, and other past and present placements–all things, all together.
