Data Collection

This is the phase we are in right now

Overview

Gathering all of your program information on students and placements into an organized system.  Using Tevera, your information will be available for what we call “insights” or interactive reporting in realtime.  

After we collect the initial information from you on your program, we move into the Active Placement Phase.  It is a great way to begin setting up your program for students to begin using while you are still learning the software.

PHASE 1

Active Placement

Learning to use Tevera’s tools

Overview

Phase 1, or Active Placements, is dedicated to teaching you about our tools for:

  1. Time Tracking
  2. Time Approval (if applicable)
  3. Evaluations
  4. Insights

Milestone 1: Student Go Live

The first Milestone to Phase 1 is inviting your current students to join Tevera to begin recording time and completing evaluations.

PHASE 2

Student Placement

Learning to use Tevera’s tools

Overview

Phase 2, or Student Placement, is dedicated to teaching you about our tools for:

  1. Pre-Placement
  2. Placement Search
  3. Placement Application
  4. Insights

Milestone 2: Placement Go Live

The second milestone is inviting your new students to join Tevera and begin applying for placement.

At this point, you will move from the Onboarding  to Adoption. You will begin working with your Customer Success Manager and will have graduated from Onboarding and working with an Implementation Manager.

Overview

Phase 3, or Program Management, is dedication to teaching you about our tools for:

  2. Program Change Management
  3. Expanded User

Program Evaluation
