How to Budget Your Forms & Reports Projects
To Estimate Forms:
(A 1 page form is $105 and $63 for each additional page.)
- Print out each potential form on 8.5 x 11” paper in a typical, legible 9 pt. font.
- Count the total number of printed pages for each form.
- Add $105 per form + $63 for each additional page for that form.
- 1 Form (1 Page) = $105
- 1 Form with 2 Total Pages = $168 ($105 + (1)$63
- 1 Form with 3 Total Pages = $231 ($105 + (2)$63)
To Estimate Reports:
(A 5 field report is $788 and $88 for each additional field.)
- Count the number of data fields (columns) for each report.
- Divide your total fields by 5 (we consider 5 fields to be a typical report).
- The total equals your Estimated Reports.
- Add $788 per report + $88 for each additional field for that report.
