Enhancement 1

Updates to Payment UI

We’ve made it clearer on the payment page for students for where to input all required  information before they finish the registration process.

Enhancement 2

Demographic Settings

Demographic fields can now be turned on or off for your program via program settings.  If the fields are disabled, students, faculty, and site staff will no longer be able to see or access these fields within their User Settings.

Enhancement 3

Site Staff & Tasks

It’s even easier for site staff to find and complete their tasks in Tevera. When clicking the Task button for a supervisee on their homepage, site staff will now be taken directly to the task list for that student.

Form Dataflow

Forms can now dataflow to themselves! If you have a form that needs to be completed multiple times throughout the semester for your students, you can now pull previously completed data from the most recent iteration of the form to the newest version. This will save staff and students time when completing the form.

Enhancement 5

Rubric Reporting

Group rubric reporting will now include the total number of students being assessed within the report’s parameters, as well as the section and term for the courses selected within the parameters.

Reviewing Forms

It’s easier than ever to review your custom-built forms in Tevera! Use the new Preview form workflow toggle when previewing your forms to view logic built into the form, like dataflow and signer tags.
